Michi Pawtisserie offers a range of pet-related products, including but not limited to:

  • Dehydrated pet treats (freshly made to order)
  • Freeze-dried pet treats (ready stock items)
  • Pet merchandise (such as clothing and accessories)

All products are intended for pet use unless otherwise stated.

Our products are handmade and home-produced in a shared production environment. Slight variations in appearance, texture, or colour may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.


3. Product Nature

Please note the following distinctions:

Dehydrated Treats

  • Made after order confirmation
  • Freshly prepared in small batches
  • Production begins after payment is confirmed

Freeze-Dried Treats

  • Ready stock items
  • Prepared in advance in the same home production facility as dehydrated treats
  • Not made-to-order but still handled and packed with care

Merchandise

  • Includes items such as pet clothing and accessories
  • Handmade in the same home production facility as dehydrated treats and freeze-dried treats
  • May have slight variations between items


4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • You understand that orders are subject to acceptance and availability

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, stock issues, or operational limitations.


5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

We may:

  • Change prices without prior notice
  • Correct pricing errors at any time

Full payment is required at checkout before order processing.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All sales are generally final
  • Dehydrated treats (made-to-order) cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Freeze-dried treats and merchandise may be cancelled only before dispatch or packing
  • Refunds are only issued for incorrect, damaged, or defective items

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.


7. Allergies & Product Suitability

Our pet treats may contain ingredients such as eggs, dairy, vegetables, fruits, or other common allergens.

Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability for their pets. If your pet has any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions, consult a veterinarian before purchasing our treats. We are not liable for allergic reactions, intolerance, or health issues arising from consumption or use.


8. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders according to the selected schedule; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Risk of goods passes to the customer upon delivery.


9. Product Use Disclaimer

All treats and products are intended for occasional use under supervision.

We are not responsible for:

  • Overfeeding or misuse of products
  • Reactions resulting from improper use
  • Damage caused by pet behaviour when using merchandise

Please consult a veterinarian if you are unsure about suitability for your pet.

All content on this website, including branding, logos, product designs, photos, and text, is the property of Michi Pawtisserie.
