A: Michi Pawtisserie specialises in handcrafted personalised pet treats made with 100% natural, human-grade ingredients. Every batch is thoughtfully prepared in small quantities without preservatives, additives, artificial colours, or flavourings.
Q: What makes our cookies different?
A: Our cookies are thoughtfully crafted using high-quality meat-based proteins, offering a more wholesome and nutrient-rich option compared to plant-based alternatives commonly found in the market.
We understand that every furkid is unique, which is why you’re able to select your preferred protein when placing an order with us, especially helpful for pets with specific dietary sensitivities or preferences.
Q: How long can the treats last?
A: Our treats are freshly prepared in small batches and gently dehydrated for over 10 hours to help preserve freshness while extending shelf life naturally.
Once opened, we recommend refrigerating the treats for up to 2 months to maintain optimal freshness, or freezing them for up to 5 months.
Q: When can we receive the cookies?
A: To ensure every batch arrives fresh and carefully made, our dehydrated cookies are not pre-produced. Kindly allow a processing time of 5–8 working days before dispatch.

We are not certified pet nutrition experts, and these treats are not designed to replace a complete, balanced diet. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list for any sensitivities and consulting your veterinarian before introducing new foods to your pet’s diet

Q: Why are each cookies different??
A: All of our treats are lovingly handmade in small batches, making each cookie uniquely its own. Slight variations in colour may occur between batches, and small cracks are a natural result of the handcrafting and dehydration process. All treats made with red meats such as duck may naturally result in a darker colour
Please note that the natural colours derived from freeze-dried fruits and vegetable powders may gradually fade over time due to exposure to light, heat, and oxidation. This is a normal occurrence and does not impact the taste and quality of the treats
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes, we do offer custom orders.

Q: How do we self-collect?
A: Self-collection is available at 9 Marsiling Drive (S)730009 only.
Please select “self-collection” at checkout, and once your order is confirmed, we will contact you via email/instagram to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only deliver within Singapore.
As our treats are freshly made with natural ingredients and no preservatives, we are currently unable to guarantee product quality for overseas shipping.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
A: As all our treats are made fresh to order, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed and processing has begun. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: What if my package gets lost or stolen?
A: We take great care in ensuring every order is packed and handed over securely to our delivery partners.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please reach out to us at michipawtisserie@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in checking with the courier service.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologise if your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at michipawtisserie@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the item. We will review the case and assist you accordingly.
