At Michi Pawtisserie, we take great care in packaging and delivering your orders safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver your items.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered:
Dehydrated Pet Treats (Made-to-Order)
- Production begins after payment confirmation
- Processing time is typically 5-7 working days
Freeze-Dried Treats (Ready Stock)
- Packed and shipped within 1–3 working days
Pet Merchandise
- Packed and shipped within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays unless stated.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We use third-party courier services for all deliveries.
Delivery times depend on the courier service and destination, but are typically:
- Local delivery (Singapore): 1–3 working days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
$5 or free delivery for orders $80 & above (after discount)
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
4. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, a tracking number will be provided via email or message once your order has been dispatched.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost parcels due to incorrect address details
- Additional shipping fees required for redelivery
If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
6. Delays & External Factors
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service delays
- Weather conditions
- High order volume and new launch periods
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen operational circumstances
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is suspected lost:
- Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable)
We will assist in reviewing the issue with the courier service.
8. Combined Orders
If your order includes multiple product types (e.g. dehydrated treats + merchandise):
- Items may be shipped together or separately depending on preparation status
- This is to ensure product freshness and proper handling
9. Pickup
Self-collection is available at Block 9 Marsiling Drive 730009 Singapore. Our lead time of 5-7 business days applies, and you will be notified via Instagram once your order is ready for pick up.
